Included in the rental fee are kitchen & dining wares, small home appliances, bath and bed linens, utilities, TV, wireless internet and basic twice monthly cleaning. Additional cleaning, laundry and ironing services are available by separate arrangement.

Each unit has access to either its own washer / dryer or to flexible shared laundry facilities available on a sign-up basis. All buildings have lifts and most units have balconies.

Our furnished units are located on quiet streets in top neighborhoods in the heart of Basel City with good public transport connections to the main railroad station & EuroAirport.  Shopping and services are within close walking distance.

To insure the quality of the units and the furnishings as well as allergy-free conditions, a no smoking & no pets policy is strictly enforced. Third-party, private liability insurance with glass coverage is mandatory.
