Leases for flats are written with the standard 3-month notice. Basic rent plus NK (estimated operating costs for heat, hot water and common shared expenses) are charged and a security deposit is required. Third-party, private liability insurance with glass coverage is mandatory.

House rentals require a fixed term lease with a minimum 1-2 year occupancy as well as a security deposit.  All utilities costs are covered by the tenant along with small maintenance & repairs and garden care.

All unfurnished units are located in pleasant, quiet neighborhoods with access to public transport.  The units have either their own washer / dryer facilities or flexible, shared-use laundry rooms, and are in recently constructed or renovated, energy-efficient buildings

A no-smoking policy is strictly enforced in all units.  Some units allow pets, this at the discretion of the owner.
